MTS is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our North Coastal Orange County mobile team, serving areas including Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, and surrounding communities. This is a mobile outpatient position treating non-homebound patients in their homes. Approximately half of a typical caseload includes post-operative total joint replacement patients.

You’ll be joining an established and supportive team of more than 30 physical and occupational therapists.

What You’ll Experience At MTS:

• ONE-ON-ONE CARE: Dedicated one-hour appointments that allow you to focus on the individual patient, provide high quality treatment, and follow patients through their entire continuum of care.
• MANAGEABLE CASELOAD: Full-time clinicians typically see 5–6 patient visits per day. Spend your time providing thoughtful, individualized care rather than managing a high-volume schedule.
• FLEXIBILITY: Full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexibility to build a schedule that works for you and your patients.

Why Mobile Therapy Specialists?

MTS is an established mobile physical and occupational therapy company providing outpatient therapy services directly in patients’ homes. Our model is different from both traditional high-volume outpatient clinics and Medicare Part A home health. MTS operates as a Medicare Part B outpatient provider, treating non-homebound patients who receive individualized therapy in the comfort and convenience of their homes.

Many of our patients could attend a traditional outpatient clinic but prefer the personal attention and convenience of our mobile care model. Our primary focus is on orthopedic patients age 65 and older, including patients recovering from joint replacement surgery. While our clinicians treat a diverse range of conditions, our approach is centered on a quality, patient-focused care event - not maximizing daily patient volume.

Our therapists come from a variety of professional backgrounds, including outpatient clinics, home health, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities. We bring together the strengths of these settings into a mobile outpatient model that supports clinical autonomy, continuity of care, and a manageable workday.

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist license required.
• Two or more years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply; established physician relationships are a plus.
• A commitment to high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.
• Must enjoy working with older adults and helping them improve function, independence, and quality of life.
