This is a pure commission seat. There is no base salary, no draw, and no guaranteed pay. You are paid only on revenue you collect.

We are hiring Account Executives who will prospect and close work for dealers, fleets, and private owners across marine, automotive, RV, and related assets.

Duties

• Make outbound calls and emails to decision-makers (owners, GMs, sales managers, service managers).
• Work inbound opportunities when they come in.
• Book and close first units (stock number, slip, or unit that needs work).
• Maintain your pipeline in HubSpot and follow up without being reminded.
• Coordinate clean handoffs to operations after a sale.

Qualifications

• People who have made money on commission before, are comfortable on the phone, and want their pay tied directly to what they collect.
• Prior B2B, automotive, marine, fleet, insurance, or similar outbound experience is helpful.
• It is not required if you can show you have produced without a base.

Compensation

1099 independent contractor. No base, no draw, no hourly. Commission on collected revenue from the business you generate (first units and qualifying recurring).

Specific structure and payment timing are covered in the interview before any offer. There is no preset ceiling.

Requirements

• U.S.-based. Preference for candidates in or near Houston, Dallas, or Miami, but remote work is possible.
• Comfortable making outbound calls every day.
• Self-managed. You own your pipeline and activity.
• Able to start quickly once cleared.
