Part Time Occupational Therapist

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time Occupational Therapist to join our team at our Marlton location. In this role, you will work with pediatric patients to assess, develop, and implement treatment plans that improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and other functional abilities.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, sensory regulation, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to support patient progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes using our EMR system.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding occupational therapy techniques.
• Stay updated on advancements in occupational therapy practices and medical terminology.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology related to occupational therapy.
• Experience in patient care with a focus on assessment and intervention strategies.
• Familiarity with early intervention practices for pediatric patients is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced clinic setting or similar environments.
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient interaction.
• Professional Liability insurance.
• NPI number (can assist in obtaining if needed).
• NJ State OT License required.

Schedule

Part-time — at least one weekly shift, choice of:

• Monday–Thursday, 4:00pm–7:00pm
• Saturdays, 8:00am–12:00pm

Pay Rate:

$50–$55/hour

Work Location: In person
