Physical Therapist - Wound Care

Overview

MistCo Solutions provides Low-frequency, non-contact, non-thermal ultrasound therapy to our contracted skilled nursing facilities' patients with eligible wounds. As a treating PT, you'll be assigned a specific region consisting of multiple SNFs where you'll provide this specific treatment to identified patients x3 per week. This is a 1099 contract position.

Our PTs are reimbursed per treatment provided with our median hourly rate at around $100/hour including treatment, travel and documentation.

We provide skills competency and training for the speicifc treatment and its documentation. Wound care experience is not required. SNF experience is a plus.

Compensation

• $50 per initial evaluation
• $50 per traditional encounter
• Up to $75 for extenuating circumstances
• 1099 contract position, paid bi weekly

Region

• 6 Total SNF: Torrance, Long Beach, Norwalk (extra comp per tx) and Tustin (extra comp per treatment)
• Total of 16 patients eligible for caseload: $2400 weekly comp expectation.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist (no PTAs)
• Ability to travel in the geographic assigned area to service each building x3 per week
• 1099, independent contractor
• SNF experience desired

Pay: $85.00 - $130.00 per hour
