Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Mission Staffing is partnering with a global energy and commodities company to hire two Regulatory Compliance Analysts for its Legal & Compliance team. The client has an urgent need for hands-on compliance professionals to support its enterprise compliance program across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain the enterprise compliance program across all jurisdictions Draft, revise, and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls Conduct compliance risk assessments and document findings and recommendations Research laws and regulations and turn them into clear, actionable requirements Collaborate with Legal and business stakeholders on internal compliance matters Assist with GDPR and other data privacy initiatives Support active compliance projects and ad hoc requests from the Head of Compliance Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on regulatory compliance experience Experience supporting an enterprise compliance program across multiple jurisdictions A track record of drafting and implementing policies, procedures, and controls Experience conducting risk assessments Strong technical and writing skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines Comfortable working hybrid in The Woodlands, TX
