Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Print Designer / Graphic Production Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for translating visual concepts into print-ready designs, ensuring high-quality production standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency in graphic design software and print design, with a keen eye for detail and consistency throughout the production process.

Duties

• Develop and create compelling print designs using industry-standard graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
• Prepare design files specifically optimized for print production, ensuring accurate color management, resolution, and bleed settings.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
• Review proofs and make necessary adjustments to ensure the final product aligns with design intent and technical specifications.
• Maintain consistency in branding and visual identity across all printed materials.
• Stay updated on the latest print production techniques, software updates, and industry best practices to enhance workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design with print projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign).
• Technical proficiency in preparing files for print production, including understanding of color profiles, file formats, and printing processes.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret client needs into effective visual solutions.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Knowledge of print production workflows and quality control standards is preferred.
