Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Inside Sales Representative** with at least **3 years of B2B sales experience**, preferably in industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, or related industries.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer relationship skills, a proactive approach to lead generation, and the ability to manage sales opportunities from initial inquiry through closing.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Rancho Cucamonga office.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries and identify customer needs.
• Proactively develop new business opportunities through phone calls, emails, and online outreach.
• Promote CNC routers, fiber laser cutting machines, CO₂ laser systems, and related industrial equipment.
• Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate equipment solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, negotiate sales terms, and close deals.
• Coordinate equipment demonstrations and technical consultations with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and distributors.
• Collaborate with technical, service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Required Qualifications

• **Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.**
• Experience in industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, or related technical products preferred.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machinery, laser cutting equipment, or manufacturing processes.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop leads, manage customer relationships, and close sales.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and sales management tools.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to work on-site in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, Monday through Friday.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience selling CNC routers, laser cutting machines, or industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with B2B lead generation, prospecting, and CRM software.
• Familiarity with manufacturing applications and industrial materials.
• Experience handling quotations and high-value equipment sales.
