Accountant

They are seeking a strong accounting professional to support key financial processes and help ensure the accuracy of day-to-day financial operations. Job Description Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Review and reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts. Prepare financial reports and assist with variance analysis.

Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Assist with audit preparation and provide requested documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.

The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of accounting experience. Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Proficiency with Excel and accounting software/ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
