What you'll do

• Evaluate patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, balance, and vestibular conditions
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on mobility, independence, and quality of life
• Deliver compassionate, one-on-one, whole-body care
• Document progress and outcomes thoughtfully and accurately
• Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals

What you'll bring

• Active Texas Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) and CPR certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound clinical judgment and problem-solving
• A genuine connection to patient-centered care

Balance/vestibular experience is a plus, not a requirement — we'll train the right clinician. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & benefits

• $90K–$100K annual salary (FT) · $45–$60/hr (PT)
