Staff Accountant

About us

HD Financial Firm is the Georgia location of MH Financial CPA Firm. We offer full tax preparation and comprehensive accounting services.

Looking for a candidate with at least one year of experience using tax filing software. Currently our company uses Drake Tax.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Assist with financial management tasks, such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Perform general ledger reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Assist in the preparation Tax Returns for businesses and individuals
• Assist senior staff with projects

Skills:

-Previous experience of tax preparation software is preferred.

• Previous experience in public accounting preferred
• Quickbooks experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills is required, e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Ability to complete accurate data entry within budgeted time.
• Proficient in the preparation of accurate financial statements

Pay: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
