Part-Time Front Desk Manager & Social Media / Marketing Manager

Pay: $23–$28/hour, based on experience Schedule: Approximately 15 hours/week Required Availability: Sundays 9:30 AM–5:30 PM and Mondays 2:30 PM–9:00 PM Location: On-site | Part-time

About META Bodywork

META Bodywork is a massage and wellness studio focused on therapeutic bodywork and personalized care. We’re looking for an experienced, responsible, and creative team member to manage front desk operations and our social media presence.

Responsibilities

Front Desk & Studio Operations

• Manage daily studio operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Greet clients, manage bookings, and handle inquiries.
• Address client concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio.
• Assist with laundry and other daily operational needs.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Shoot, edit, and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Create Reels, Stories, and posts while keeping up with trends.
• Manage a consistent posting schedule and content creation from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Prior professional experience is required.
• Front desk, hospitality, customer service, and/or social media management experience.
• Experience creating and managing social media content, including videos and Reels.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Spa or wellness experience is a plus.
