About Us

We are a well-established, family-owned real estate development and management company with deep roots in Mercer County and the greater Northeast. Our diversified portfolio includes Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Car Wash, Hospitality, and other operating entities. We focus on developing, managing, and growing a long-term portfolio of assets.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing finance and accounting team. This position will work closely with the Controller and executive team to support financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across a diverse portfolio of operating businesses, real estate assets, and development projects.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large amounts of financial and operational data. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys understanding how businesses perform, identifying trends and opportunities, and translating financial information into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections across multiple entities.
  • Analyze monthly financial and operational performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods.
  • Prepare variance analyses and identify key drivers impacting business performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting and dashboards for executive leadership.
  • Assist with annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes.
  • Support cash flow planning, capital expenditure analysis, and financing decisions.
  • Prepare financial models and pro formas for new developments, acquisitions, investments, and other business opportunities.
  • Analyze the financial performance of individual properties and operating businesses within the portfolio.
  • Track and evaluate key performance indicators across different business segments.
  • Partner with accounting and operational teams to ensure financial analyses are based on accurate and timely information.
  • Assist with lender reporting, financing packages, and other financial institution requests.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses and special projects for the Controller and executive team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Support financial analysis for a diverse portfolio of operating businesses and development projects, including:
  • Hospitality Ventures: Hotel LBI, The Boulevard Hotel
  • Residential Developments: The Cottages at Compass Point
  • Recreational & Event Facilities: The Mainland Adventure Park, Bonnet Island Estate
  • Automotive Services: Valet Auto Wash, The Detail Shop

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, real estate finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial and operational data and communicate findings clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferences

  • Experience in real estate, construction, property management, hospitality, or a multi-entity operating environment preferred. Multi-entity experience required.
  • Experience preparing financial models, investment analyses, or development pro formas is a plus.
  • Familiarity with accounting and financial reporting systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable taking ownership of projects and following them through to completion.
  • Curious and solutions-oriented with a desire to understand both the financial and operational sides of the business.
  • Resilient problem solver with the ability to adapt as priorities and business needs evolve.

Why Join Us?

As a family-owned business, we value integrity, long-term growth, and strong working relationships. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and continuously growing organization and gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of businesses, real estate assets, and development projects.

The Financial Analyst will work closely with senior financial and executive leadership and have the opportunity to contribute directly to budgeting, investment decisions, development projects, and the overall financial strategy of the organization.
