🚀 Product Manager – Digital CX 📍 100% Remote or Hybrid | Preferred: San Diego, CA or Acton, MA ⏱️ Travel: <25% 🏥 Medical Device / Healthcare We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead digital customer experience products from strategy through execution. You’ll help shape the product roadmap, prioritize features, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing global digital products from concept through delivery , translating business and customer needs into impactful product strategies, and leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment . 🔑 What You’ll Do 🎯 Own product vision, roadmap & backlog 👥 Lead cross-functional Agile teams 💡 Translate customer needs into product solutions 📊 Define features, priorities & success metrics 🤝 Partner with technical, marketing & business teams 🚀 Drive releases and product improvements ✅ What You Bring Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years of experience 5+ years in Product Manager/Product Owner Agile roles Experience with digital products & customer experience Strong stakeholder management & communication skills Knowledge of IT systems, web or CRM platforms preferred Medical Device experience is a plus SAFe or diabetes experience is a plus 🌎 Remote flexibility + opportunity to make an impact in healthcare technology! 📩 Interested?
