What you will do

• Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for business applications.
• Analyze large datasets and perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
• Develop and optimize supervised and unsupervised machine learning models.
• Work with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Build and integrate AI/ML models into production applications and APIs.
• Work with NLP, Generative AI, recommendation systems, or computer vision depending on project requirements.
• Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, product managers, and business teams.
• Implement ML pipelines and contribute to model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

What we are looking for

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or a related role.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
• Experience with SQL and working with structured/unstructured datasets.
• Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Preferred Skills Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, or vector databases.
• Knowledge of NLP or computer vision.
• Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or other ML/MLOps tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML services.
• Experience deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Ideal Candidate: A hands-on AI/ML professional who can take a machine learning problem from data preparation and model development through deployment and optimization, while working effectively with cross-functional teams.
