About the Opportunity

seeking an experienced Neuro ICU Registered Nurse to join its specialized Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit (NSICU). The 14-bed unit provides advanced care for patients with complex neurological conditions at Hawaii’s leading referral center for neuroscience and trauma care.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patients with complex neurological conditions.
• Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to support optimal outcomes.
• Assist with discharge planning and utilization management.

Required Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 12 months of ICU RN experience, preferably within the last three years.
• Direct Neuro ICU, Neuroscience ICU, or Neurocritical Care experience required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Current PALS certification or ability to obtain it within three months of hire.
• Nursing diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
