About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled

Physical Therapist (PT)

to join our team in Sierra Vista, Arizona. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with physical injuries, disabilities, and mobility limitations with the goal of reducing pain, improving movement, and restoring functional independence.

The ideal candidate has strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and their caregivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care to improve strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies for continued progress.
• Accurately document treatment sessions, patient progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team members and participate in discharge planning.
• Maintain a high standard of patient-centered care and clinical professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification.
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient communication skills.
• Ability to establish rapport and develop positive relationships with patients and caregivers.

Preferred

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation or acute care setting.
• Experience working as part of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
