Job Details* Employment Type: Permanent

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Pay Range: $37.82–$56.74 per hour
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000

Position Description

The Occupational Therapist will provide in-home therapy services, assess patients' functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, recommend environmental modifications, and deliver interventions to improve patients' independence and daily living activities.Requirements* Graduation from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program – REQUIRED

• Active Iowa OT license – REQUIRED
• Compact license accepted, as indicated in the job requirements.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance – REQUIRED
• BLS/CPR certification – REQUIRED
• At least 1 year of experience caring for a similar patient population – REQUIRED
• NBCOT exam eligibility or completed examination – Highly preferred
• Mandatory Reporter training for Child and Dependent Adult Abuse.
