MEDEX STAFFING NETWORK LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. PER DIEM LTAC position. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patient care while working with a supportive network of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with clinical standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
- MUST have 1 year of nursing experience to apply
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program
- Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
- Previous clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
