RN Medical Surgical: $2170/Week

• Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical / Telemetry
• Location: Winston-Salem, NC
• Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
• Shift: Night Shift
• Shift Timing: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week
• Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week

Required Qualifications:

• Active NC or Compact RN license. Pending applications are accepted for submission.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of direct Medical-Surgical experience is mandatory.
• At least 2 successfully completed travel contracts required.
• Previous travel experience is mandatory; first-time travelers will not be accepted.
• Epic charting experience.
• BLS certification.
• NIHSS certification.
• Ability to float to other Medical-Surgical/Telemetry units.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients.
• Monitor and assess patients with neurological conditions.
• Care for stroke, seizure, and neurosurgical patients.
• Perform IV therapy, IV starts, and blood product administration.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and dysrhythmias.
• Manage cardiac and vasoactive drips (no titration required).
• Maintain central and peripheral lines.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in rapid response situations.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Pay: From $2,170.00 per week
