Job description

About this role

Advance Your Career While Delivering Exceptional Patient Care

You became a Physical Therapist to help people move better, recover fully, and get back to the activities that matter most to them.

At Maximum Impact Physical Therapy, you will have the time, autonomy, and support to do exactly that.

You will treat patients one-on-one in 55-minute appointments in a locally owned practice that prioritizes quality of care over productivity quotas and high-volume scheduling.

You will work primarily with orthopedic patients, use your clinical judgment to build individualized treatment plans, and have the freedom to incorporate manual therapy, progressive exercise, movement-based rehabilitation, and other approaches based on what each patient actually needs.

And as we continue to grow, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of the clinic—including the ability to develop a clinical specialty or program around an area you are passionate about.

Whether you are an experienced Physical Therapist looking for more autonomy or a motivated new graduate looking for mentorship and room to grow, Maximum Impact Physical Therapy gives you the opportunity to build a rewarding long-term career without sacrificing the quality of care you want to provide.

What You Will Receive

  • Up to $105,000 yearly
  • Full-time schedule.
  • One-on-one, 55-minute patient appointments.
  • No on-call responsibilities.
  • 401(k).
  • 401(k) employer matching.
  • Paid time off.
  • Continuing education support and credits.
  • Student loan reimbursement available.
  • Relocation assistance available as an alternative to student loan reimbursement.
  • Flexible scheduling.
  • Employee discounts.
  • Training and professional development.
  • Wellness resources.
  • Mentorship available for new graduate Physical Therapists.
  • AI-assisted documentation tools designed to reduce time spent charting.
  • Opportunities to develop your own clinical specialty or service line.
  • No corporate productivity-quota environment.
  • Supportive, locally owned clinic culture.
  • Opportunity to work in a growing practice with an expanding sports rehabilitation focus.

Practice Physical Therapy With More Time to Actually Treat

At Maximum Impact Physical Therapy, patient care comes before volume.

You will not be expected to move multiple patients through treatment at the same time or chase unrealistic productivity expectations.

Instead, you will have 55 minutes of dedicated one-on-one time with each patient.

That gives you the ability to perform thorough evaluations, provide hands-on treatment, progress exercises appropriately, educate patients, answer questions, and adjust the plan of care based on how each person is responding.

You will be able to build stronger patient relationships while practicing Physical Therapy with greater intention.

Grow Your Orthopedic and Manual Therapy Skills

This position is especially well suited for a Physical Therapist who enjoys orthopedic care and has an interest in manual therapy.

Your caseload may include patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgery, activity-related conditions, mobility limitations, and other musculoskeletal concerns.

You will evaluate each patient's condition, develop individualized plans of care, provide skilled treatment, educate patients and families, and help patients progress toward meaningful functional goals.

If you are still developing your clinical confidence, mentorship and training are available.

If you are already an experienced clinician, you will have the autonomy to bring your own clinical style and expertise to the practice.

Build a Specialty Around What Interests You

One of the biggest opportunities at Maximum Impact Physical Therapy is the ability to help create something beyond a traditional orthopedic caseload.

If there is an area of Physical Therapy you are passionate about, we want to explore it with you.

That could include:

  • Sports rehabilitation.
  • Pelvic health.
  • Running rehabilitation and performance.
  • Pickleball and tennis rehabilitation.
  • Neurologic rehabilitation.
  • Wellness and injury-prevention services.
  • Performance-based or private-pay programming.

Rather than forcing every clinician into the same mold, we want to help you identify an area you care about and potentially build a program around it.

As the practice grows, you can play an active role in shaping new services, treatment workflows, and patient programs.

Spend Less Time Documenting

Documentation should support patient care, not take over your day.

Our EMR includes AI-assisted documentation tools designed to make charting faster and more efficient.

The goal is simple: reduce unnecessary administrative burden so you can spend more of your energy treating patients, communicating with your team, and finishing your workday without a mountain of notes waiting for you.

Be Part of a Growing, Locally Owned Practice

Maximum Impact Physical Therapy is growing because of patient demand.

We are not a large hospital system or corporate clinic where clinicians disappear into layers of management.

You will work as part of a smaller, collaborative team where communication is direct, ideas are welcomed, and your contribution matters.

We are also expanding into a new facility with a dedicated sports rehabilitation area, creating additional opportunities for clinicians who want to be involved in shaping the treatment environment and developing future programs.

What You Will Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions, limitations, and goals.
  • Develop individualized Physical Therapy plans of care.
  • Provide one-on-one skilled Physical Therapy treatment.
  • Use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, modalities, movement training, and other appropriate interventions.
  • Progress treatment based on patient response and functional goals.
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, home exercises, and long-term strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when needed to support comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Help patients progress from injury recovery toward long-term strength, movement, wellness, and independence.
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative and patient-centered clinic environment.
