Maxim Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in patient homes. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering personalized care in a comfortable home environment while building strong relationships with patients and their families.

We are looking for an RN with experience supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) who is passionate about promoting independence, safety, and quality of life. Must adhere to state guidelines and Patient plan of care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 nursing care in the patient's home
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Implement and follow individualized care plans
• Collaborate with family members and the healthcare team
• Support patients' health, safety, and daily living needs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Experience working with individuals with IDD preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a home healthcare setting
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and dependable
