evaluating infrastructure, identifying weaknesses or opportunities, recommending improvements, and taking those improvements through implementation
.

- Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and optimization projects
- Support and enhance Windows-based enterprise environments

- Experience independently leading infrastructure projects
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Some scripting or automation experience
- Ability to evaluate an environment from both a
technical and strategic perspective
- Professional services experience is helpful but not required
The Profile
This search is less about finding someone who has simply
administered an existing environment
and more about finding an engineer who has
owned one
.
We're looking for someone who can walk into an infrastructure environment, understand how everything fits together, identify what could be better, and then take responsibility for making those improvements happen.
The ideal person is still highly technical and hands-on but has developed the judgment to think beyond an individual ticket or system. They can see the broader infrastructure picture, prioritize what needs attention, and drive projects through completion.
