Business Data Analyst

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level Business Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to develop their skills in business analysis, data visualization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple business sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, business opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Write basic SQL queries to retrieve, filter, and analyze data from databases.
• Work with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular business performance reports.
• Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel , including formulas, PivotTables, and data cleaning.
• Fundamental understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
• Good communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic projects or internship experience involving data analysis or business reporting.
• Basic understanding of business metrics, KPIs, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with Python or statistical analysis is an added advantage.
