Market Risk Business Analyst

5–10 years of experience in Business Analysis, or related roles within Financial Services/Capital Markets. Work with business users, SMEs, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements, gather feedback, and ensure data quality. Gather data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and relevancy.

Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis. Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Alteryx or other tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize data and support business decision-making.

Identify and resolve data-related issues and challenges. Collaborate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate data projects. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audience.

Provide ad-hoc data analysis and support to business functions as needed. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Hands-on experience with JIRA.

Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across business and technology teams.
