Are you a compassionate, driven OT looking to make a difference in the lives of older adults? Masonic Care Community is seeking a full\-time OT to join our fast\-paced, collaborative rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing facility with a growing short\-term rehabilitation program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents in both short\-term rehabilitation, long\-term care and outpatient settings.
• Deliver high\-quality, evidence\-based occupational therapy services.
• Complete timely and accurate point of service documentation.
• Effectively manage an independent caseload while maintaining productivity and ensuring quality care.
• Provide treatment through individual, group, and concurrent therapy as clinically appropriate.
• Excellent communication and collaborative team approach.
• Participate in occasional weekend and holiday coverage on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Current New York State Occupational Therapy license or eligibility.
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast\-paced rehabilitation environment.
• Strong clinical reasoning and commitment to person\-centered, quality care.
• Skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation experience preferred; however, new grads are welcome to apply

The base salary range for this position is $34 \- $37 per hour commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education \& prior accomplishments.

The position may be eligible for additional compensation not listed here, including but not limited to shift differentials, incentives or bonuses, as applicable.
