Core Responsibilities
- Assess & Diagnose: Evaluate incoming patients to identify functional limitations, strength deficits, and pain points.
- Develop Treatment Plans: Establish customized, objective care goals and select targeted modalities to restore patient function.
- Adapt Care: Continuously monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans dynamically as conditions change.
- Build Rapport: Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that builds long-term trust and engagement.
- Collaborate: Participate actively in a supportive team environment to share insights and optimize clinic workflows.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensure: Current New York State (NYS) Physical Therapist license in good standing.
- Experience: All experience levels welcome. New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
- Physical Capability: Ability to safely handle the physical workload inherent to clinical physical therapy.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to connect with patients.
- Problem Solving: Strong independent thinking and clinical reasoning capabilities.
