This position will play an important role in identifying new opportunities, increasing brand awareness, and developing effective marketing campaigns.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, thinks strategically, and is excited about helping grow an established, family-owned company with a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and customer service. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of marketing initiatives, bring new ideas to the table, and make a meaningful impact on the company’s future.

  • Employment Structure: Opportunity for either a contract position or a long-term role, depending on the candidate’s experience, availability, and fit.
  • Growth Opportunities: Potential to expand responsibilities into sales, business development, and broader company growth initiatives.

We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and eager to help build something lasting. The ideal candidate will bring both creativity and strategic thinking, with the drive to turn ideas into measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate digital marketing campaign setup and digital campaign management across paid search, social media advertising campaigns, and email marketing.
  • Support paid advertising campaign management, including Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and paid search marketing.
  • Create and update campaign content, graphics, and web pages; manage WordPress and other content management systems.
  • Apply search engine optimization (SEO), keyword research, search engine marketing (SEM), and conversion optimization practices.
  • Prepare web analytics reporting and marketing analytics; monitor performance and recommend campaign improvements.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with SEO tools, web analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to organize campaign details, interpret data, and communicate findings clearly.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 16.0 per week
