Marscare is hiring Field Registered Nurses to provide clinical oversight, patient assessments, supervisory visits, and administrative clinical support for pediatric and adult home care patients throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Whether you're looking for a few visits each week, supplemental income alongside your current position, or an opportunity to grow into a larger caseload, we offer flexible assignments and professional support.

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation based on the type of work performed.

Assignment Type/Pay Rate

RN/HHA Supervisory Visit$50 per visit

Recertification/Reassessment$70 per visit

Start of Care (SOC)$80 per visit

Non-Field Administrative

Work$30–$35/hour

Mileage Reimbursement$0.75/mile

Additional premiums may apply for weekend, urgent, and short-notice assignments.

Administrative hours are compensated separately for approved non-field duties. All compensable work time must be accurately recorded and paid in accordance with applicable wage-and-hour requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

Field Nursing Responsibilities

• Complete start-of-care assessments, recertifications, and reassessments.
• Conduct RN and Home Health Aide supervisory visits.
• Review and update individualized patient plans of care.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to clinical management.
• Evaluate caregiver performance and assist with competency assessments.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, caregivers, and the clinical team.
• Complete accurate, timely electronic clinical documentation.

Administrative and Clinical Support Opportunities

Depending on agency needs and assigned responsibilities, nurses may also assist with:

• Clinical chart reviews and documentation audits.
• Reviewing plans of care and physician orders.
• Reviewing clinical records for accuracy and completeness.
• Supporting quality assurance and compliance activities.
• Assisting with caregiver training and competency documentation.
• Coordinating clinical follow-up and patient care activities.
• Other assigned clinical administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Pennsylvania RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience caring for both pediatric and adult patients.
• Strong nursing assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in patient homes.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned counties.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred

• Two or more years of nursing experience.
• Home health, private duty nursing, or RN case management experience.
• Experience conducting supervisory visits and patient assessments.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records.
• Trach/vent experience is a plus but not required.
