Sales Associate Join the Team at MCS Building Solutions

MCS is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to help grow our commercial cleaning business throughout Ohio. If you enjoy building relationships, meeting new people, and creating opportunities, we'd like to hear from you.

This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable prospecting for new business.

Previous sales experience is NOT required. We will provide hands-on training and coaching. Experience in the commercial cleaning or facility services industry is a plus.

Compensation

• $35,000
• Uncapped commission opportunities

Responsibilities:

• No Territory Restrictions
• In office position with some travel in Ohio.
• Prospect and develop new commercial cleaning accounts through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare proposals and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Work independently while collaborating with management and operations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience is NOT required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making cold calls and generating new business
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Solutions driven
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
