Nursing Supervisor, RN - Nights

We are seeking a dedicated, clinical leader to join our team as an RN Night Shift Nursing Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee all clinical and operational activities during the overnight hours, ensuring our residents receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care.

As the primary leader on-site during the night shift, you will manage nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, and CNAs), handle clinical escalations, and maintain regulatory compliance across the facility.Key Responsibilities

• Staff Supervision: Lead, mentor, and support the overnight nursing and care teams.
• Shift Coordination: Assign duties, manage staffing ratios, and adjust schedules based on resident acuity and census.
• Clinical Oversight: Monitor overnight resident conditions, manage medical emergencies, and respond to acute clinical changes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Enforce facility policies, infection control protocols, and state/federal healthcare regulations.
• Incident Management: Document and report overnight incidents, falls, or changes in condition to physicians, families, and incoming morning management.
• Medication & Care Review: Oversee electronic health records (EHR) documentation, narcotic counts, and the administration of treatments.
• Culture of Care: Maintain a calm, safe, and compassionate environment for residents during non-business hours.

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
