Marketing Manager

We’re growing, and we’d love to meet a creative, tech-savvy marketing manager who’s excited to help us reach new clients and build lasting relationships with the ones we have.

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms
• Create and manage small paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google) and track how they perform
• Design graphics and write copy for social posts, flyers, and email campaigns
• Keep our website, Google Business profile, and online listings current and search-friendly
• Review analytics (such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite) and adjust our approach based on what’s working
• Support client engagement and retention initiatives
• Help grow referrals and online reviews
• Create personalized client touches (hands-on training provided)
• Represent the agency at chamber of commerce and community events
• Pitch in with light administrative support for our team

Experience

• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software. You’ll work across social platforms, design tools, and our agency systems
• Experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools. Google Ads, SEO basics, and WordPress are a plus
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and friendly with clients
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Insurance experience is a plus, not required
• A Texas P&C license is a plus. If you’re interested in getting licensed, we’ll talk about a path
