Human Resources data Analyst

Candidates with 3+ years of data analysis experience, knowledge of HR management principles, and strong skills in Excel, database management, reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and trend analysis ; experience managing an LMS, HRIS, or talent management data .

Must have excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and organizational skills, the ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders, and strict confidentiality when handling employee data; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
