Website Designer Are you a talented graphic designer who knows how to turn great design into great websites?

We're looking for a Website Designer to join our growing team and help design, maintain, and improve websites for small-business clients across the country.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of professional graphic and/or website design experience and is comfortable working with major website-building platforms such as Wix, Squarespace, or similar platforms. This is a design-focused position—no coding experience is required. Responsibilities:* Design and update professional, visually engaging client websites.

  • Respond to client requests for website changes, updates, and marketing assistance.
  • Proactively reach out to clients each week to offer support and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide basic website and digital marketing recommendations to clients.
  • Create graphics and other visual assets for websites and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage multiple client projects and requests while meeting deadlines.
  • Meet established weekly and monthly performance goals.
  • Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail across all work.

Qualifications:* 2–3+ years of professional graphic design and/or website design experience.

  • Experience with Wix, Squarespace, or other major website-building platforms.
  • Strong visual design skills with pixel-perfect attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing and website best practices.
  • Excellent written, phone, and client communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and performance goals.

Position Details:* Job Type: Full-Time.

  • Hours: 30–40 hours per week.
  • Pay: $20.00 per hour + bonus opportunities.
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional participation in local community events.
