Full-Stack Developer

**General Summary**

MajorKey Technologies is hiring a full\-time Full\-Stack Developer to join our Product Development team. You'll build and maintain web applications for MajorKey clients, working primarily with a Java back end and a React front end. This role works closely with internal teams and clients in a consulting capacity.

This is a remote position open to candidates based in the United States.

**Responsibilities**

• Design, build, and maintain Java\-based back\-end services and APIs for client applications
• Develop responsive, user\-friendly front\-end features in React
• Collaborate with internal teams on software architecture and technical design
• Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and communicate technical details
• Write clean, maintainable, well\-tested code following team standards and best practices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing applications
• Write and maintain technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle

**Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience
• 3\+ years of professional Java development experience
• Experience building front\-end applications with React
• Experience with \[Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, relational databases/SQL]
• Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both teams and clients

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience with C\# and/or Python
• Experience or knowledge of ColdFusion is a plus
• Experience with cloud based applications/platforms, e.g., AWS or Azure]
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
