TikTok LIVE Sales Host | Social Commerce Sales Representative

Job Summary

Join our social commerce team as a TikTok LIVE Sales Host | Social Commerce Sales Representative. You’ll host engaging live shopping sessions, present products clearly, answer audience questions, and guide viewers through the purchase journey. This role combines on-camera communication with digital marketing, content creation, and e-commerce skills.

You’ll also review performance data and audience feedback to improve future sessions.

Duties

• Host TikTok LIVE shopping sessions, demonstrate products, explain key features, and respond to viewer questions in real time.
• Create and refine social media content, including scripts, captions, graphics, and short-form video; use photography, video editing, and media editing tools as needed.
• Support social media marketing and public relations efforts across social media platforms, including Facebook Advertising and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Monitor social listening, social media analytics, web analytics, and marketing online analytics using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
• Your impact: Clear product demonstrations and responsive audience communication help viewers make informed shopping decisions and support a smoother e-commerce experience.

Skills

• Strong presentation, relationship management, social media communication, content writing, proofreading, and branding skills.
• Experience with social media management, social media content marketing, digital marketing performance monitoring, marketing analytics, and media performance analytics.
• Familiarity with keyword research and Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; graphic design experience is useful.
• Ability to interpret analytics and adapt content; experience with Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer is preferred.
• TikTok LIVE or other live-selling experience is an asset; familiarity with Facebook Advertising, photography, and video editing is also preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
