Compensation: $50–$57/hour (depending on experience and availability)

About the Role

Magnolia Therapy Center is looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team in providing compassionate, high-quality care for children. In this role, you’ll guide pediatric clients toward reaching their developmental and therapeutic milestones.

Drawing on your expertise in anatomy, child development, sensory integration, and medical terminology, you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment strategies. Your skills in pediatrics and activities of daily living (ADLs) will help foster independence and growth in every child you serve.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred; home health experience is a plus
• Proficiency in ADLs, sensory integration, evaluations, and treatment planning
• Comfortable working across settings (home health, clinic, school, daycare)
• Strong commitment to client-centered pediatric therapy
