Magic Voice Speech Services is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing multidisciplinary therapy team.

The Physical Therapist will provide individualized, evidence-based physical therapy services to pediatric patients with developmental delays, neurological conditions, motor impairments, muscle weakness, balance difficulties, and other conditions affecting mobility and functional independence.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children improve their gross motor skills, physical abilities, mobility, and overall quality of life through family-centered therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions targeting gross motor development, muscle strength, balance, coordination, posture, gait, and functional mobility.
• Assist children in achieving age-appropriate motor milestones, including sitting, crawling, standing, walking, and running.
• Provide physical therapy services to children with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, neurological disorders, and other pediatric conditions.
• Assess the need for adaptive equipment, orthotics, and mobility aids, and provide recommendations as appropriate.
• Establish measurable treatment goals and monitor patient progress.
• Complete evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and other required clinical documentation accurately and within established timelines.
• Educate parents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, positioning techniques, mobility strategies, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain compliance with professional standards, Texas licensing regulations, and insurance documentation requirements.
