Client Marketing Manager

Client Marketing Manager You'll be the lead marketer for a portfolio of client companies that don't have a full marketing team of their own. You set the strategy, run the plan, and work directly with owners, directors and C-level leaders to grow their businesses. This is a client-management role, not a sales role: you'll manage and grow existing accounts, with no cold calling.

What You'll Do

Own a portfolio of client accounts and act as each client's go-to marketing advisor Lead integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels Brief and work with our in-house creative, digital and design teams to deliver the work Track results, report on performance and adjust plans to hit agreed goals Manage multiple projects, timelines and events at once without dropping details Grow client relationships by finding new ways our agencies can help Build annual marketing plans and budgets with client leadership, then run them Must Have 5+ years in marketing management, agency-side or in-house Experience owning client or stakeholder relationships at the director or executive level Hands-on experience with both digital and traditional marketing Strong project management and organizational skills Results you can point to: campaigns you led and what they achieved Nice to Have Agency experience managing several clients at once Experience across B2B and B2C industries Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field Why MadAveGroup Pay: $60,000–$80,000 with performance pay Benefits: health, dental and vision insurance; 401(k); generous vacation time Wellness: an hour a day of paid gym time in our on-site gym and quarterly Fitness Day awards Growth: we promote from within and invest in ongoing training Culture: a seven-time Toledo Blade Top Workplace, with an employee lounge, regular social events and the President's Club trip About Us MadAveGroup is a family of award-winning marketing agencies in Toledo, serving hundreds of clients in the U.S. and abroad since 1989.
