HVAC Multi family construction operations Manager. Run our SOCAL operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store teams, including recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, shift management, and training and development.
• Help foremans in PM duties
• Manage multiple jobs
• Manage multiple employees
• Conduct month end cost to complete
• Project manage multiple projects

Qualifications

• HVAC multifamily experience.
• Wood frame & concrete construction. Low / mid/ high rise construction
• Working knowledge of Microsoft systems
• Bluebeam capabilities
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are welcome.

Pay: From $160,000.00 per year
