Occupational Therapist (OT) – New Graduates Welcome
Location: Columbia, Maryland
Position: Part-Time | Flexible Schedule
Lymph Fit Center is an expanding private outpatient rehabilitation practice in Columbia, Maryland. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing team.
New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Our clinic specializes in the treatment of lymphedema, swelling disorders, post-surgical rehabilitation, and related functional limitations. Prior lymphedema experience or CLT certification is not required.
For the right candidate interested in developing this specialty, Lymph Fit Center will sponsor Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification, providing an excellent opportunity to build specialized clinical skills early in your OT career.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide one-on-one, patient-centered OT treatment
- Provide therapeutic exercise, therapeutic activities, patient education, and other appropriate OT interventions
- Learn specialized techniques for lymphedema and swelling management
- Educate patients on self-management and home programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Maryland OT license or eligible for Maryland licensure
- New graduates are welcome
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Motivated to learn and develop new clinical skills
- Prior lymphedema experience is not required

Compensation
Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
