About this role
ABOUT LVT
LVT is redefining how businesses operate in the physical world, moving beyond traditional security solutions to deliver AI-driven, actionable intelligence that makes sites smarter, safer, and more secure. Since pioneering our first mobile, solar-powered units, our commitment to scrappy, hands-on innovation has made us an established leader and one of the fastest-growing companies in intelligent site technology.
We are building the next generation of solutions—from our physical units in the field to a powerful Agentic AI platform—that allows our customers to gain unprecedented visibility and control over safety, compliance, and operations. This is your chance to join a cutting-edge team that isn't just watching the world change, but actively building the technology that is changing it.
We’re a team that’s focused on growth and innovation, and we’re proud that our crew, products, and leadership are being recognized for it.
- A Top-Tier Growth Company: Named one of the Financial Times’ Fastest Growing Companies 2025 and #10 on the Inc. 5000 Rocky Mountain Regional list for 2025.
- Innovative Leadership: Our CEO, Ryan Porter, was named an EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2025, and our CTO, Steve Lindsey, was inducted into the Silicon Slopes CTO Hall of Fame in 2024.
- Product & Software Excellence: We were named one of The Software Report’s Top 100 Software Companies of 2023 and are a winner of the Security Today Govies Award for 2025.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be a key driver of LVT’s market positioning. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a strategist who thrives at the intersection of technical innovation and sharp storytelling. You will translate complex AI-driven hardware and software capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate from the C-suite to the field.
You’ll help shape our positioning, contribute to our pricing strategy, and serve as a vital bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Messaging & Narrative: Develop and maintain LVT’s core messaging and executive-level content, including presentations and keynote materials, that position LVT as a leader in intelligent site technology.
- Pricing & Packaging: Own research and analysis for pricing and packaging recommendations that reflect our value delivery and support market share growth, partnering with Product, Finance, and Sales leadership on decisions.
- Sales Enablement: Build strong relationships with Sales and deliver the battlecards, talk tracks, and market insights needed to win complex, high-stakes deals.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify whitespace opportunities and inform the product roadmap.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as the “voice of the market” to Product teams, ensuring development priorities reflect customer pain points and the needs of economic buyers.
- Launch Execution: Drive go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and major releases, from positioning through enablement.
- Continuous Improvement: Share best practices, raise the quality bar through peer feedback, and help build repeatable processes and collateral.
- Open-Scope Problem Solving: Spot gaps and “fix what is broken,” creating new processes or collateral where none exist.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Experience: 7+ years in Product Marketing, with significant experience in B2B SaaS, IoT, or complex technical hardware/software environments.
- Compelling Communicator: You are a gifted storyteller who is comfortable presenting to executives, customers, and large audiences, and who can simplify the complex.
- Sales Ally: You understand that Product Marketing exists to fuel revenue and have a track record of influencing sales teams through data and narrative.
- Technically Curious: You don’t need to be an engineer, but you are fascinated by how things work, from hardware sensors to Agentic AI, and enjoy translating that tech into business value.
- Strategic & Analytical: You have hands-on experience with pricing, packaging, and market segmentation.
- Scrappy Builder: You aren’t looking for a “maintenance” role. You’re energized by ambiguity and by building the processes and assets that make the team better.
- Strong Collaborator: You work well across Product, Sales, and Marketing, and can lead initiatives through influence rather than authority.
BENEFITS
- We believe you do your best work when your whole life is supported.

Full-time benefits include, but not limited to

- LVT IS PROUD TO BE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
