Overview: **Physical Therapist**

This is a casual position and we are offering a $1,000 Sign\-On Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment) for the Physical Therapist.

The Physical Therapist provides quality Physical Therapy services including resident/patient/client assessment, evaluation, care planning, treatment and consultation in an interdisciplinary environment at Lutheran SeniorLife facilities/agencies including, as assigned, skilled nursing facilities, LIFE programs, home health and/or outpatient clinics.

This position will support Home Health, looking for someone with flexibility to cover multiple counties in Western, PA.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist qualifications include:* Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college or university with a degree in Physical Therapy; masters or doctoral preferred.

  • One (1\) to two (2\) years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working with senior population.
  • Working knowledge of computer software required for documentation and communication.
  • Maintains current PA license as Physical Therapist including meeting continuing education requirements.
