LUMEN Optimal Wellness is a full-service wellness center in Albuquerque built around one idea: the body already has the capacity to heal and perform — our job is to activate it. We offer IV therapy, PEMF, float therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, infrared sauna, EmSculpt NEO, EmSella, aesthetics, and more — delivered as integrated protocols, not one-off treatments. This isn't a spa, and it isn't a retail store.

The role

We're hiring an Operations Manager who will run the day-to-day and help grow the business. You'll be trained across our services so you work directly with clients like the rest of the team — not manage from behind a desk. Alongside daily operations, you'll execute growth plans, develop new ones, build local partnerships, and plan events that bring new people through the door.

What you'll do:

• Oversee daily operations: scheduling, staffing, client flow, and a consistently excellent client experience
• Learn our services and work directly with clients, guiding them through protocols
• Execute growth plans and develop new ones — membership growth, retention, reactivation
• Build partnerships with local businesses, gyms, practitioners, and community organizations
• Plan and run events: open houses, workshops, community events
• Hire, train, coach, and support team members
• Handle client questions and concerns with care and good judgment
• Keep operations tight: inventory, vendors, policies, and procedures

What we're looking for:

• A genuine passion for health and wellness — this has to be real, not a line on a resume
• Background in health, yoga, wellness center, or gym management (strongly preferred)
• Leadership experience: hiring, training, and coaching a team
• A self-starter who owns outcomes and follows through
• Organized, great with time, comfortable juggling operations and growth at once
• Warm, high-energy, people-first personality — clients should feel it the moment they walk in

Details:

• Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience
• Job type: Part-time, in person in Albuquerque, NM
• Schedule: shifts across days, evenings, and mornings
