Job Location- Tampa, FL

Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Business Analysis skilled in Tableau PowerBI UML diagrams M365 Suites and Design Thinking to drive data visualization and innovative business solutions

Job Description

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau and PowerBI to support business decisionmaking Create detailed UML diagrams to model business processes and system interactions for clear communication Utilize M365 Suites of Products to enhance collaboration documentation and project management across teams Facilitate Design Thinking and Ideation Workshops to encourage creative problemsolving and innovative solution design Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements Support continuous process improvements through comprehensive data analysis and stakeholder engagement

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the design development and implementation of data visualization solutions leveraging Tableau and PowerBI

Conduct indepth business analysis to identify gaps risks and opportunities for process improvement

Prepare and present UML diagrams to effectively communicate system workflows and design specifications

Organize and lead Design Thinking workshops to foster usercentric innovative solutions

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather document and validate detailed business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Mentor and guide junior analysts promoting knowledge sharing within the Business Analysis skill cluster

Ensure all business analysis activities comply with project objectives and contribute to overall business strategy

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
