Role Description Title: ServiceNow SecOps Product Manager Support Location: Irving, Tx (Hybrid) We are looking for candidate with Minimum 8+ years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the multi-quarter product roadmap for Clients's ServiceNow SecOps platform, with primary emphasis on Vulnerability Response (VR)
- Translate cybersecurity strategy, regulatory requirements, and business objectives into a prioritized, value-driven product backlog
- Conduct regular roadmap reviews with senior cybersecurity leadership, technology executives, and key stakeholders
- Evaluate and recommend adoption of new ServiceNow SecOps features, releases, and third-party integrations
- Develop and maintain a clear product vision aligned with Clients's enterprise security strategy and risk management framework
Delivery & Agile Leadership
- Serve as Product Owner in Agile/Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Write clear, well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for the development team
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize business value and development team throughput
- Remove impediments and make timely product decisions to keep development sprints on track
- Coordinate UAT with cybersecurity stakeholders and ensure quality gates are met before production releases
Stakeholder Management & Platform Governance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Vulnerability Management, SOC, Threat Intelligence, IT Risk, and Compliance teams as primary platform customers
- Facilitate requirements workshops, discovery sessions, and demos with business and technical stakeholders
- Develop and present product metrics, OKRs, and platform health dashboards to senior leadership
- Partner with Clients's ServiceNow CoE and enterprise architecture teams to ensure platform governance, licensing optimization, and architectural alignment
- Manage vendor relationships with ServiceNow and third-party integration partners; participate in ServiceNow account reviews and roadmap briefings
- Ensure all platform changes comply with Clients's change management, audit, and regulatory requirements (SOX, FFIEC, OCC, GDPR)
- Champion platform adoption through training programs, user documentation, and change management initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise technology platforms
- Minimum 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR)
- Proven ability to translate complex cybersecurity requirements into clear, actionable product features and user stories
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams as Product Owner, including backlog management and sprint facilitation
- Strong understanding of vulnerability management lifecycle, CVSS scoring, and remediation workflows as implemented in ServiceNow VR
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority across technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; experience defining and tracking product KPIs and OKRs
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities, release cycles, and the Now Platform ecosystem
