Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced B2B Digital Commerce Product Owner to lead the strategy roadmap and delivery of enterprise B2B commerce solutions The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders customers sales teams and technology teams to create scalable customercentric digital commerce experiences that drive revenue growth enhance customer engagement and improve operational efficiency
The Product Owner will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable product requirements prioritizing the product backlog and ensuring successful delivery of digital commerce initiatives across the end-to-end customer journey

Define and own the B2B Digital Commerce product vision strategy and roadmap
Align product initiatives with business objectives customer needs and organizational priorities
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience operational efficiency and digital revenue growth
Develop business cases and ROIdriven recommendations for commerce enhancements
Requirements Backlog Management
Gather analyze and document business requirements from key stakeholders
Translate requirements into epics features user stories and acceptance criteria
Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value and strategic goals
Ensure clear communication of product requirements to delivery teams
Digital Commerce Experience
Own the endtoend B2B customer journey including
- Product discovery
- Catalog management
- Contract pricing
- Customerspecific pricing
- Bulk ordering
- Quotetoorder processes
- Order tracking
- Selfservice portals
- Account management
- Reordering and subscription capabilities
Drive initiatives to enhance digital adoption and customer satisfaction
Agile Delivery
Serve as the primary liaison between business and technology teams
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog grooming reviews and retrospectives
Validate delivered functionality against business requirements
Support UAT activities and release management processes
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Sales Marketing Customer Service Operations Supply Chain and IT
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates
Act as a trusted advisor for digital commerce transformation initiatives
Data Performance Management
Define and track product KPIs
Analyze customer behavior adoption trends and digital commerce performance metrics
Leverage analytics to make datadriven product decisions
Continuously identify improvement opportunities based on customer feedback and business outcomes
Required Skills Qualifications
Must Have
8 years of experience in Product Ownership Product Management or Business Analysis
3 years of experience in B2B Digital Commerce platforms such as
- Salesforce B2B Commerce
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Adobe Commerce Magento
- SAP Commerce Hybris
- commercetools
- Shopify Plus B2B
Strong understanding of B2B commerce processes and customer journeys
Experience managing product backlogs and user story creation
Hands-on experience in AgileScrum methodologies
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working with crossfunctional global teams
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce Sales Cloud
Understanding of ERP integrations SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics etc
Experience with CPQ Configure Price Quote solutions
Familiarity with OMS Order Management Systems and PIM solutions
Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics Adobe Analytics or Power BI
Understanding of APIbased integrations and commerce ecosystem architecture

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
