LTC Therapy Services is looking for an Occupational Therapist at Blackstone Valley Health and Rehabilitation. You'll help residents bridge the gap between recovery and everyday life, building treatment around the activities they need and want to do.

**What You'll Do**

• Evaluate self\-care abilities and identify barriers to daily participation
• Develop individualized goals and provide occupational therapy treatment
• Address upper body function, coordination, and daily living skills
• Teach adaptive techniques and assess equipment needs
• Review progress, document care, and partner with nursing and the rehab team

**Qualifications**
