LTC Therapy Services is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Worcester. You'll help residents regain skills and explore new ways to complete daily activities, with treatment guided by their goals and changing needs.

**What You'll Do**

• Assess residents' self\-care abilities and functional limitations
• Build treatment plans focused on meaningful daily tasks
• Provide therapy for upper body function, coordination, and activity tolerance
• Introduce adaptive equipment and techniques when appropriate
• Document outcomes and collaborate with nursing and the rehab team
