Real Estate Attorney

I'm working with a highly regarded California law firm that is looking to add a Real Estate Attorney to its growing team in Los Angeles.

Overview:

• Work on sophisticated real estate transactions, including acquisitions & dispositions, commercial leasing, joint ventures, development projects, and real estate finance matters
• Handle meaningful client-facing responsibilities and transaction management from start to finish
• Join a collaborative team known for high-quality work and a supportive culture

Experience:

• 3-6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, particularly with purchase & sale agreements and commercial leases
• Experience with due diligence, title and survey review, and transaction closings
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• California Bar admission

Compensation

• From $225,000 base salary
