LandesBlosch is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Small Business Unit. You’ll manage a book of small business and middle-market accounts, serve as a trusted resource for clients, and work closely with producers to keep coverage and service on track.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your accounts while working with a supportive team.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary service contact for an assigned book of commercial insurance accounts.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and proactive account management.
• Review exposures and coverage needs, identify potential gaps, and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Quote and market new and renewal business with multiple carriers.
• Coordinate renewals, policy changes, audits, and other service requests.
• Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and maintain complete account documentation in Applied Epic.
• Work closely with producers and carrier partners to resolve issues and support clients.

What You’ll Bring

• At least two years of commercial lines experience at an independent insurance agency.
• An active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Experience servicing, quoting, and marketing commercial insurance with multiple carriers.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication and a commitment to following through for clients.
• Professional insurance designations are welcome but not required.
